Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at admin@lanikaiswim.com.au. Once your return is approved, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us straight away at admin@lanikaiswim.com.au and we'll make it right.

Exchanges The fastest way to get the right item is to return the one you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the correct size or style.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the funds. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please reach out to us at admin@lanikaiswim.com.au.
